2. Definitions

2.1 "Company", "Our", "Us", "We" refers to Edunnovate Technologies Private Limited, which operates the Website for the Competition.

2.2 "Competition" refers to the National Robotics League (NRL)
β
2.3 "Minor" refers to a person who has not completed 18 years of age, in accordance with the Indian Majority Act, 1875.

2.4 "Parent Consent" refers to the affirmative written consent provided by a parent of a Minor participant in the Competition, allowing the Company to collect, use, and store the Minor's Personal Information and SPDI in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2.5 "Personal Information" means any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available with a body corporate, is capable of identifying such person.

2.6 "Sensitive Personal Data or Information" or "SPDI" of a person means such personal information which consists of information relating to
(i) password;
(ii) financial information such as bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details;
(iii) physical, physiological and mental health condition;
(iv) sexual orientation;
(v) medical records and history;
(vi) Biometric information;
(vii) any detail relating to the above clauses as provided to body corporate for providing service; &
(viii) any of the information received under above clauses by body corporate for processing, stored or processed under lawful contract or otherwise.

2.7 "You" or "Your" refers to the individual accessing or using the Website, and includes:

2.7.1 The Competition participant (whether an adult or a minor), or

2.7.2 in the case of a Minor, the parent who:
(i) provides Parental Consent on behalf of the Minor for participation in the Competition;
(ii) consents to the collection, use, and processing of the Minor's Personal Information/SPDI in accordance with this Privacy Policy; and
(iii) may also provide financial information (such as credit/debit card or other payment details) to complete the Minor's registration and payment for the Competition.

3.1 The Website is owned, registered and operated by the Company which is a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at 802A, Hallmark Business Plaza, Kalanagar, Bandra East, Mumbai - 400051, Maharashtra, India.

3.2 By accessing or using the Website or engaging with Us through email or other means of communication and submitting Your Personal Information/SPDI, You agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and provide consent for the handling of Your information in accordance with it.

4.1.2 Personal Information: Name, address, contact number, email address, school name & address, date of birth and/or parents details

4.1.4 Sensitive Personal Data or Information: Identification related details/information (Voluntary), financial information.

4.2 Usage Data (Non-Personal Information): We may collect certain technical and usage-related information automatically through cookies, analytics tools and similar technologies. This may include Your IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referring URLs, and patterns of interaction with the Website. This information does not identify You personally and is used solely to improve the functionality, security and user experience of Our Website and services.

5.1.4 To comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements
5.1.5 To promote and archive Competition activities (only with consent).

6. Parental Consent for Minors

6.1 By accessing or using Our Website, or submitting Personal Information/SPDI, You confirm that You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that You have read, understood and agreed to this Privacy Policy.

6.2 In the case of a Minor participating in the Competition, such submission by a parent shall constitute verifiable consent to the collection, use and processing of the Minor's data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

10. Information Retention

We retain Personal Information and SPDI provided by You for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and for such period thereafter as may be required under applicable law or for legitimate business purposes. Our security framework aligns with internationally recognized standards and includes, but is not limited to, access controls, encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular vulnerability assessments, secure software development lifecycle practices, incident response protocols. While We take all reasonable steps to safeguard Your information, You acknowledge and agree that no system or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and We cannot fully eliminate all risks.

12.2 We shall not be responsible for any breach of security, actions of Third Party Services, or events beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to any regulatory/ governmental actions, computer hacking, unauthorized access to data, system crashes, or other security breaches.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute(s) arising under this Privacy Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction to the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
