The Innovation Story

India’s Biggest Robotics Championship for Middle & High School Students

At NRL, students team up to design, build, and battle robots in a high-energy arena. But what’s really being built runs deeper.

Across fast-paced matches, skill challenges, and team presentations, you learn to lead, think on your feet, and bring bold ideas to life. This is where science meets storytelling, and curiosity becomes capability.

This is your arena.

What to expect

A journey from ideas to real-world impact, and finding your tribe along the way.

Build

In teams of 5–7, students design, prototype and test their robots from the ground up using a competition-grade Kit of Parts. They also develop game strategies.

Capture

Every team records its journey in a digital Engineering Portfolio-build logs, wiring diagrams, code strategy, branding, and outreach efforts. Submissions are MUST  for awards and internships.

Compete

Teams compete in squads on a themed arena, pitch to judges, and battle for brilliance.

National Robotics League held December, 2025 at IIT Bombay.

Learn

Students begin with a 40-hour bootcamp, building a strong foundation in mechanical, electrical, and programming skills guided by passionate robotics mentors.

Community

Join India’s fastest-growing robotics community. Meet-ups, masterclasses with robotics experts and academicians, and nonstop idea-sharing with fellow builders.

This has been a truly transformative experience. Our campus was a buzz with an incredible and palpable level of enthusiasm and excitement.

BATTLE OF
CHARGES

This year, students step into an electrifying challenge — designing robots that race to collect and protect energy charges. Inspired by real-world power systems, it’s a battle where every charge counts, just like in EVs, rockets, and smart devices that run on electricity.

The future is electric, and it starts here.
